first of all nobody on heart w no health condition is getting an OBO and sec philtrum is also calling and u could js get a rhino to get a more defined nasal bones and grow eyebrow to the center of ur face to fraud im an IPDcel too I understand its not easy

Ipd itself is cope. U need better ipd-byzygomatic width ratio. A chad can have the same ipd aslong as they have the bones to complement it

Your ipd isnt really the problem, its your subhuman middle third. Here is a free morph where i haven't changed your ipd at all.
Fix skin, grow out brows and lashes, fix your lips, dye your hair and get contacts. (these look uncanny asf)

Now the juicer stuff: Get a bimax. It will make your fucked up middle third longer and also make your philtrum look shorter from the front. Then get some type of filler or implant at the ramus. Also get at the zygos, this will also slightly fix your canthal tilt. You can also get a rhino to shrink your nose. Inject aqualyx to melt away your face fat and train your neck.

Yea im hopefully getting a expander and braces soon, that hopefully will help.
