heres me at 18 eating the @VicMackey diet of eroded mud,nay even worse-some bluepilled cuck vegeterian seed oil filled bs,getting no sun,fat af and rotting in my house like a stupid religious curry with a feminine psyche.


Here's me after getting lots of sun, eating a mogger diet full of dairy and protein, taking good supplements, weightlifting and cardio maxing, less fat and not rotting as hard , smoking cigs, drinking alc , fapping when I want without shame and just being a high T curry loving life

I dont care about the looks but you can immediately notice i dont look like some coomer pervert retarded dalit anymore, less asymmetry leaner and much healthier. My brain feels much sharper and I am only getting started, I am completely sure once I lean down I would have IQ maxxed as well. The body IS the mind.

Given that my IQ is officially in the 110-120 range, MPH has likely brought it into the gifted range, explaining my superiority.

still 20 percent body fat but if i lean down and work on some muscles a bit more I would probably look like this in four months

im 6'2 and natty. my skin is different because of lighting tretinoin azelaic (Lightens skin) and undertone maxing eating lots of vegetables and fruits and vit A rich foods/ sun tanning. losing weight also improves skin hue

wtf is tretinoin azelaic and did u just eat veggies + fruits that had vit A? And why vit A/how long did it take to see results? Interesting that my skin often gets darker when I lose weight jfl

tretinoin is retin a and azelaic is something to treat acne lesions. Using them together is as effective as hydroquinone in lightening the skin

Vit A and E are extremely imp for skin health and collagen formation. Vit E is also anti inflamatory and spares the use of vit A. No I ate fruits for reducing cortisol and NMN/carotene content. I dont think carotene supps are necessary. I didnt measure but lightening results were quick as soon as i stopped tanning and started skin lightening( not intentionally). Im still tanned quite a bit

yea i use astaxanthin lutein and zeaxanthin for undertones. The double whammy is theyre also good for anti aging @enchanted_elixir wrote a post about it

if you can, can you provide a list of your supps, their effects and possibly some links. I am interested tbh, I use tret already for anti-aging. Did you use suncream too?

theyre not completely healthy. Vit A competes with beta carotene AFAIK and so you dont want too much of it, do some research tho BC also imparts a darker hue so its mostly cumskins who take it

According to Dr. Peat, bc slows down digestion, the thyroid, lowers progesterone and adrenal function. He claims you can tell when your skin starts to turn orange.

He does advocate eating a carrot a day for its antibacterial properties. The fiber in carrots helps to get rid of toxic estrogens, which might be reabsorbed into the body without adequate fiber.

I looked at Nutrition Data, and 2oz of raw carrots contain 188% of the DV for beta-carotene. I figure 2 oz is the weight of an average carrot. It doesn't seem like too much bc, IMO.

However, 7 oz of raw sweet potato contains 568% of the DV in beta-carotene. I'm estimating 7 oz to be the weight of an average sweet potato.

Dr. Peat recommends not overdoing it on sweet potatoes, and I can see why. Occasionally, it's likely fine.

Mangoes and spinach are likely fine, too. 100g each of mangoes (15% DV) and spinach (188% DV) don't give you too much bc.
