Hey everyone, I wanted to ask something and get some honest advice.

I’ve been thinking a lot about intelligence, IQ, and cognitive ability in general, things like reasoning, memory, learning speed, and overall mental performance. I wanted to ask if there are actually ways to improve these things in a meaningful way.
One thing that might be relevant is that my father is extremely intelligent. IQ tests he took scored above 145. But I’m not here to glaze my dad or talk about him, and if anyone wants I can explain in another post why I believe he is the most intelligent person I’ve ever met. That’s not really the point of this post.
The point is that I don’t feel that intelligent myself. In fact, sometimes I feel kind of stupid. I feel like I could think faster, understand things quicker, remember more, and just be mentally sharper overall.
So I wanted to ask: if someone genuinely wanted to improve their cognitive ability, thinking, and intelligence as much as possible, what would you recommend? Books, exercises, habits, lifestyle changes, ways of studying, anything, shit even supplements or nootropics.

I’m open to any suggestions and advices.

If you're worried about your own intelligence, you're capable of metacognition and inner monologue. Doesn't make you a genius but it's worth nothing. That said, you can't boost your IQ. It's a genetic trait that can't be manipulated.

if its genetic trait, and my father is such an intelligent man, why do I feel and act stupid sometimes? I feel like im not able to keep up with some conversations with people, and that triggers me the most. Also, he is incredibly smart when it comes to math, physics etc, I almost throw up when i see numbers on my face. Why is that?

Lets say im supposed to have the same iq range of my father, 140-145, what could I do to actually demonstrate that. To actually show that I even more capable than my father is.

I'm high IQ, the real IQ enhancement is lowering it with a variety of substances so you aren't a high inhib cuck

Your issue is believing that applied knowledge like math or physics is somehow correlated to IQ. Your IQ has nothing to do with that, simply facilitates a steeper learning curve. My dad is most likely in the 130 range, can't do math for shit but has been a Citrix engineer for over 20 years. That said, I can't set on a computer and craft worldwide servers by myself like he can. Doesn't make me stupid or less capable, I've just never done it. Do not attempt to flaunt intelligence or base your persona off intelligence, that is an awful mistake. Find something you enjoy and apply yourself to it, that's all high IQ people have ever done, and that's all that needs to be done.

The thing is, I feel stupid not only in math, but in every single second of my day. Like I know my ways to some stuff but when it comes to something that requires logic perception and pattern recognition, my brain almost fails. I know it can sound stupid the way im explaining rn but its just the way I think my brain works.

iq is purely genetic you can’t change it you can only make your brain function more healthily

modafinil aka under the name Provigil etc this will use ur full ability to use ur whole iq maybe this will fix your lifestyle and maybe know what ur capability for example intelligence theirs a https://looksmax.org/threads/iq-max...the-room-best-iq-guide-on-this-forum.1895620/ for intelligence, memory, reasoning to enhance your mind etc for IQ your procress speed fast learning ande better cognitive ability is a entire thing thats an upgrade you have to be born with it tbh theirs nothing you can do with that maybe creatine and Neuroplasticity learning a new language chinese but yeah

you sound like you're experiencing problems with brain fog more than anything iq related. sounds like water but when i hopped on a 95% paleolithic diet and was spamming natural sugars, caffeine, as well as daily exercise that my brain fog cleared and I just felt sharper. it also feels really good to wake up really early in the morning. it gives me some sort of mental edge throughout the day.
