You can try Osavampator but it's currently under research (it's doing great from what I know). Don't hop on meth cuz it will fry you. Adderall is overhyped in my opinion.

You could try TAK-653 or PRL-8-53 if you're feeling experimental. Otherwise, just run one of the basic things: methylphenidate, dextroamphetamine, lisdexamphetamine, Adderall. It really doesn't get better than that.
