Im thinking of taking 20-30mg Noopept, 300mg CDP-Choline, 2000mg DHA, 5g Creatine, 400mg Magnesium Glycinate, 1000mg Lions Mane.
My goal is to be as smart as i can and this seems to be the best stack for me, been tweaking it and getting help from chatgpt ofcourse. If anyone has ideas of things i could change im ofcourse willing to hear whatever you have to say. Here is a .org post on Noopept https://looksmax.org/threads/noopept-iq-maxxing-nootropic.245903/
sadly i cant find any good and reliable studies on people under 18 taking it but i guess it should all work out in the end. :Comfy:

Nah, i listen tons of documentarys and try to expand my vocabulary in english and swedish but its fucking impossible to remember these weird words that i have never in my life seen or heard before. Also i practice my accent to sound more fluent in english since those things are what is holding me back from getting an A:Comfy:
Yeah I try to learn English aswell. But it’s hard asf to remember words you never heard in your life (like you said). But it’s helpful asf.

Start making shit according to the scammers guide, then you will gain experience and understand how to actually make them

Understanding something new develops your brain

W guide I’m totally gonna make some money on TikTok so I can buy Pizza when I want instead of my mother.

So tldr what can I do for myself
Eat well, specially eggs, train strength and cardio, maybe drink some green tea or coffee, you can consider Addrell or Racetam, maybe try some of the experimental compounds like Dihexa, probably learn a skill (think soccer, basketball, tennis, coding, speaking a language or coding), that's just about what has been shown without a shadow of a doubt to work. Other compounds and brain training are a... maybe... maybe not..

Sure I’ll do all of that stuff now as I’m 17 and then I’ll take compounds later.

This is my perspective too to be honest, brain training suffers massively from the issue of specificity. It has been a long-standing debate if things like Dual N-Back make you better at remembering stuff, or just make you better at the Dual N-Back itself, for example.

As far as I'm aware the only skills that translate well into other cognitive faculties are things like sports, learning a language or learning to code for example, those are however, much bigger, harder and honestly boriiiinnggg as compared to some brain exercises, but that seems to be what provides the best general cognitive outcomes.
Im starting school next month and im gonna be studying game development amongst other things. I dont really learn any languages tho, i mainly focus on improving my english since it isn't that great compared to this one bitch in my class getting an A on everything.:feelswhy:

It’s all genes the rest is cope. Your either born with the ability to be observant and challenge your beliefs or your too gullible and never be able to think critically

I believe it's primary because people don't actually use the faculties trained outside of the training environment.
If an individual did use those faculties outside of the training environment every single moment of the day, the results would be completely different.
nah, you simply can't train all of it unless you have million years to spare

Well You won't find any study with jewtropics drastically raising Cognitive performance.
If It was Legit all the cram schools, Asian Olympiads committees & chess players etc. would use it.

I was into this brain train nerd communities & we took bunch of lab rats & trained them in many things
working memory, RRT & idk what not, don't even remember the terms.

But none of it significantly transferred to anything useful outside the tests, minor gains in other tests at best.
Exactly, you might improve your critical thinking within certain areas, but you won’t actually become more intelligent overall (refering to other domains).
To maintain your cognitive edge, and maybe gain a slight advantage even, the best you can do is live healthier than your peers over the long term.

This was one of the first videos i watched, it was very good and had some unique words that really make you be able to tell people what you feel or think of in a more precise way. :Comfy:

What even is that mindset? You should have a natural curiosity, a desire to learn or dive into things you genuinely enjoy.
If you're watching documentaries just to appear smart or to expand your vocabulary, you'll never truly feel fulfilled.

Just face it, intelligence, along with personality traits that contribute to academic success, like resilience and discipline, are largely heritable.
Generally, higher intelligence often comes hand-in-hand with more favorable personality traits. That is the harsh truth, most normie`s just can`t accept.
