i'd say its possible with 3rd quartile intelligence depending on how dedicated you are to learning everything

Definitely dependent on iq and other small mental traits without both these i cant see someone succeeding in the competitive market long term.

I just looked it up apparently 4-6% of people can get consistent long term payouts from prop firms. Imo thats not even horrible odds considering your roi and i look at most retail trades and think there retarted trading ict so if you are educated smart and emotionally controlled i think success is manageable.

But that’s not enough, you also have to study financial mathematics and advanced probability theory for years, master it (technically not enough, you should be PhD level), be an expert at coding, have a network of quants you keep in touch with, and have access to high-quality equipment.
