no. most people with 140+ IQs are neurodivergent and therefore also socially akward. the only way to really have success with that high IQ is if you have parents that support you from a young age or you are lucky and someone like a teacher notices it and doesn't think you are just an autistic idiot and can do something to encourage you to study something and get a scholarship
