Doesn’t matter. A 12-13-year-old may perform normally against his age group, but his brain is still not developed enough to make sustainable decisions for himself.
The overall decline in quality here reflects the substantial and progressive decrease in average age, as well as the fact that the forum now consists almost entirely of normies, instead of people who recognised the obvious patterns long before it became a trend.
