I know research shows that we don’t have established ways to raise g, but is there any methods that may work? Anybody have any expirence improving actual iq themselves? I’m already very high percentile but there is still tremendous value in having a higher iq so I want to try if it’s somewhat possible. I got tested when I was 7 and I’m 17 now, hopefully the years of LDARing didn’t fry my brain.

Also lmk of any research findings that show improvements with practice that aren’t completely attributed to the practice affect.
