I have to get my wisdom teeth removed and I am starting to get nervous that it might cause MORE recession on top of what i have already. Im worried because i have multiple people telling me different things and it seems like no one knows what they are talking about. If someone could shed some light on the topic it would be grateful. I also have my consultation in May, so are there any specific questions i should ask during the consultation?

Not at all, it collapses your maxillary arch from being forwardly projected to falling in on itself.
