I want to improve my learning strenght, attention and memory
Can anyone tell me what will help the most ?
Cerebrolysin, Dihexa, TAK-653 ?
I tried Semax and it only helped a little

Just gain knowledge, read books about things that interest u and gain knowledge about it, wether it’s religion or history or etc

No way in hell you think you can drastically increase your iq, iq is entirely genetic and can only be boosted using supps and even that will only boost it no more than 10

just read like a book on something real world useful like atomic habits or how to invest a month and take notes on it and you're already doing more than like 90% of people lmao. people are often retarded because they're being retarded not because they haven't popped nootropics like oxycodone fiends with a tolerance

there's also the aspect that IQ doesn't matter if you end up an ADHD burnout who can't do more than a page of schoolwork without 2 rounds of 40mg pills of Adderall IR, start taking more into account

I used Cerebrolysin and Semax for a long period (in cycles) and regularly tested myself on reaction and processing speed, memory capacity, learning volume, accumulated knowledge, and attention span... I didn’t notice any significant changes at all.

Also, I actually had sleep apnea for a decade not too long ago, so there might have been some clinical relevance.
I don’t imagine the effects on a healthy brain would be noticeable at all, though that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have an impact.

Did you get your IQ tested?

caffeine for starters has been proven to improve short term memory and it isn’t hard that hard to get

I never tested my IQ, I tried semax for studying. It only helped at the beginning (I think it was placebo) and after that it didn't do anything

There might be some studies on healthy adults, though I haven’t personally come across them.
It’s certainly more likely to have a noticeable effect when used long-term (which is obviously very hard to test for), or when users have clinically relevant conditions, which is what these studies are actually designed to test for.

Anyway, just because you don’t consciously feel an effect doesn’t mean it isn’t working, and both of them are still great for different reasons.

Caffeine raises Cortisol and makes u addicted, there are Nootropics that will help u more with less side effects. Thats why Im asking if anyone did something like TAK-653, Cerebrolysin, IDRA-21, Iclepertin ..

I did it for 2weeks straight and the effects were only at the beginning
