to IQmax u could sit playing n-back games all day, but thats a waste of time unless ur an IQnerd.

or u could take nootropics but that is overhyped and ive never done such.

but IQ increase can theoretically be stimulated from other activities. ill give some examples.

• crimemax cuz takes high IQ to plan out and execute crimes while not being convicted. the pressure of potentially being caught stimulates IQ increase.

• fasting cuz stimulates starvation. evolutionarily if starving its make u have more thoughts creativity etc in attempt to help u survive.

• lucid dream maxxing / magickmaxxing increases IQ. bridges gap between consciousness and subconsciousness , u get much smarter

• readmaxxing this is kinda water but reading a lot can increase IQ. read high quality not low quality. notice how it stimulates u to think in new ways. take notes to increase knowledge pool.

• opposite of fasting is nutritionmaxxing. this also water. animal based diet eliminate toxins and deficiencies make thinking more efficient and natural.

• wildmaxxing, trying to survive in wilderness. obviously this increase IQ it pressures u to learn skills and apply them practically so u survive.

• hermitmaxxing allows u to be genius most geniuses were hermitish thats how they developed their own inventive intellectual works.

• socialmaxxing can increase IQ. but u have to consciously be manipulative. machiavellianmaxxing, this increase IQ.

depends. i try to think less actually. theres advantage to either strategy.

hermitmaxxing is be antisocial. probably get off .org or use it much less as well. social is often a distraction from intellectual things.

I like all these methods and will try them out, but i feel like there has to be a way more superior way to IQmaxx that can increase ur iq way more than this stuff can
i feel like this stuff will increase iq but not that much

is there anything i can do to get iq as high as jews? or is it impossible?

start small. cant just come up (or understand) the ultimate method if u havent done the more basics. maybe after trying the methods u r aware of u gain IQ and then see a better way.

i am not gatekeeping any secret IQmax , i wish i knew of such
