u cant increase ur iq. iq is genetic. what you can increase is the performance quality of your brain.
example:
doing an iq test when u slept 2 hours prior to it, ate like shit the past 2 months, fapped 3 times to porn last day and are listening to gangsta rap while doing it
vs
doing an iq test sleeping 8 hours prior to it, nourished well on the past 2 months, have practiced seminal retention so your brain is focused and not distracted, and listening to sounds that stimulate the neural zones of concentration.
u cant "iqmaxx". u can "performancemaxx" so u get the most of what you have.
