no you can't and even if it were possible you wouldn't benefit from it.

acting like a slighty higher iq changes your life lmao
nigga you can by solving some hard logic problems and learning how to solve them, you can google if you can improve your iq, and it will say yes, idk how to explain this to you english is not my main language soo

Nigga being more productive, knowledgeable, or focused doesn't necessarily mean your IQ has increased. Performance and intelligence are related, but they are not the same thing.

nigga improving IQ directly is hard because it’s mostly a stable measure, but you can still get mentally sharper by taking care of the basics and pushing your brain regularly.
Regular exercise helps your brain work better because it improves blood flow and energy. Good sleep (around 7–9 hours) is just as important because that’s when your brain processes and stores information properly.
You also get smarter by constantly learning new stuff, not just repeating easy things. Things like reading, learning skills, or picking up a language really push your thinking.
On top of that, training your brain with logic problems, puzzles, or strategy games can improve your reasoning. Memory techniques like repetition and recall also help a lot.
Eating well, managing stress, staying focused, and being curious all add up too.

BUT THAT'S NOT INCREASING YOUR FUCKING IQ DUMBASS OFC YOU'LL PERFORM WORSE ON A IQ TEST WITH BAD SLEEP 20 HOURS OF DOOMSCROOLING PER DAY AND A SHITTY DIET

you can only maximise what you already have.
Reading books, meditation, good sleep, good diet, and basicelly anything that will train your patterns and stuff.

fucking nigger you're basically proving my point. I never said sleep, diet, or exercise magically raise your genetic IQ potential.

What I'm saying is that IQ tests measure cognitive performance, and factors like sleep, nutrition, stress, and exercise can significantly affect that performance. If someone is sleep-deprived, unhealthy, and mentally inactive, they'll often score lower than they otherwise could.

Also, while IQ is relatively stable, research shows cognitive abilities aren't completely fixed. Education, learning complex skills, and certain forms of cognitive training can lead to measurable improvements in reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

So no, getting good sleep doesn't instantly increase IQ. But improving the factors that affect brain function can improve the level at which your intelligence is expressed and sometimes even improve measured cognitive ability over time

But it doesn't increase cognitive capacity, which is the whole point of IQ you fucking faggot dumbass iqlet.

nigga you're still missing the point.

IQ isn't some magical meter that directly measures "brain capacity." It's a test that measures performance on specific cognitive tasks.

nigga If a person scores 100, then fixes their sleep, education, nutrition, and cognitive habits, and later scores 110, the measured IQ increased. That's just a fact.

You can argue that their underlying genetic potential didn't change, sure. But IQ scores themselves aren't perfectly fixed, and neither are many cognitive abilities.

So you're switching from "IQ can't increase" to "genetic cognitive potential can't increase." Those aren't the same claim.

there's no point in arguing with some dumbass like you

I'm distinguishing between the score and the trait being measured. If someone's IQ score rises from 100 to 110 because they're no longer sleep-deprived, that doesn't necessarily mean their intelligence increased by 10 points. It can simply mean the test is now measuring their existing ability more accurately. A change in score is not automatically a change in underlying intelligence.

tat is a much better argument than what you started with.

but then we're talking about definitions.

If intelligence is strictly an underlying trait, then yeah, better sleep might just let the test measure it more accurately.

my point is that the trait itself isn't necessarily 100% fixed either. Education, environmental factors, cognitive stimulation, and development can produce lasting changes in cognitive abilities, especially over long periods.

So saying "nothing can increase intelligence" is way stronger than the evidence supports.
