IQmaxxing isn't possible outside of getting better at IQtests... you can only increase your productivity, conscientiousness and crystalised intelligence.

I mean I would easily say im above average when it comes to intelligence im more thinking about actual brain health and increaaing focus whilst limiting stress etc
