I want to say that the IQpill has to be one of the most fundamental and brutal pills. Its essentially the pillar for looksmaxxing. If you can't cognitively function above the average person, understand or critically think upon certain concepts, or even be able to convey a point in clear concise fashion with proper grammar, speech, tonality etc. then you're doomed and it's fucking over. You can look as good as you want, nerds can do your homework, you can use AI on everything, eventually you'll realize you lack the critical thinking it takes to jester, properly network, socialize and more.
