A conflict will surely happen, the majority of it depends on Russia and china interfering and interest.
If Russia and china will interfere (which would probably happen, not sure about Russia tho) then a major conflict is gonna arise for sure.
Iran itself is not a threat anymore.

And there are missles that are made specifically to get into the underground.

If you do then Israel don’t need to anymore, they reached 90% of the tunnels and bombing such a thing is pricey and useless.

I don't know, but the Hezbollah still had hostages for a really long time after they started bombing them, their tunnels are very deep and on multiple levels.
