There’s not much defending them unfortunately. Of course the Jews would lose any ground battle, so they fight like cowards instead, stealing US taxpayer money for fighter jets to terror bomb hospitals and schools with. They’re in a position to do whatever they want.

Either that or they’re exaggerating the injured count. Iran’s missiles aren’t very effective, Hamas’ bottle rockets sure aren’t either. Israel always ends up killing 20x, 50x, 100x+ more people.
