And there are real constraints to what can be done depending on your anatomy.

You shouldn’t be choosing a doctor purely based on on instagram pics

Try to figure out what you need done to your nose. Then find docs that are good at that.

Your best hope to get it right is primary. Revisions are a lot more complicated and expensive than primaries.
