He tried to get a DJS and Genio I believe, but his Turkish surgeon didn't make the advancements. He just cut the bones and didn't advance them a mm, so he got his bones cut and broken for nothiny. Pretty horrific way to get scammed, brutal shit. genuinely hope the best for him

Why is he missing 2 front incisors and why are his lower molars so far ahead of his upper ones without having an underbite
