IRL Limitless pill?

What do you guys think the closest we can get to realistic "Limitless" pill. (Limitless Pill is essentially unlocking brains highest potential to users degree)
I suspect it would be a stack similar to the following: Adderall/Ritalin, a low inhib pharmaseutical, and maybe Selank/Semax, and on top of all that maybe a little caffeine in the mix. What do you guys think? And could you believe there already be a drug already like this as in similar to the movie?

Hard to say, especially since i havent seen the movie but from a quick search and the description id day probs trazadone+neurinostat+meth+cerebrolysin

It's not quite a Limitless pill but dextroamphetamine has worked out decently for me (5mg x 3-4, twice per day. Sometimes 10 in a day max). It could be better though. I usually drink coffee with it too, but wondering if there's something else to pair with it for better results.

Tried Concerta up to 56mg and had zero response to it (extended release of Ritalin), and ok response to Adderall XR, but the dextroamphetamine (immediate release) has been a decent starting point. I was a bit concerned it could be causing my hair to thin over the last 6 months, but hard to pinpoint the exact cause. I'm already taking finasteride so it shouldn't be typical hair loss.
