I didn't watch the whole thing but he seemed to be talking about using iron from storage being beneficial and vitamin c increasing absorption of iron through digestion. but your claim that iron is harmful if not absorbed seems to be false. you seem to have a bias for anything that is beneficial for growth and don't acknowledge the downsides since you prefer to delude yourself into thinking they aren't a concern since it feels better. no offense btw you are a good user and certainly are very knowledgeable probably more so than me overall
