I do cycling 20-30mins in the morning


Then after school I do rowing 20mins



Sometimes I add intervals




My face have never been this lean 24/7 ever in my life


I only do neck curls, shoulders raises and press and weighted pullup for upper body because rowing already works whole body




Jfl if you guys too lazy to do this for your own health and looks

i have a cycle in my room im gonna start using for healthmaxxing gotta get muh 1 hour of physical activity in per day

It increases your stroke volume, cardiac out put, cerebral blood flow, reducing resting heart rate, increase HRV, increase plasma volume.


JFL it is like combining 4-5 meds just to get similar effect to this

Just lol at believing mainstream jewish advice that cardio improves health.

Look at how terribly athletes and special ops soldiers age after 30. Their bodies fall apart because they are entirely running on stress hormones (adrenaline etc) instead of glucose, thyroid.

I wasn't talking about low-intensity cardio which probably does a whole lotta nothing anyway
