I do cycling 20-30mins in the morning
Then after school I do rowing 20mins
Sometimes I add intervals
My face have never been this lean 24/7 ever in my life
I only do neck curls, shoulders raises and press and weighted pullup for upper body because rowing already works whole body
Jfl if you guys too lazy to do this for your own health and looks
