Slept 9h30mins today feel like shit till now, but when I got only 6hours of sleep I do feel sleep deprivation but I don't feel as sluggish for the whole day like this.


Am I destinated to sleep only 5-6hours?

Yeah the more REM sleep I go through the more fatigue the next day I become. So I tried to sleep 2-3 cycle of deep sleep and only 1cycle of rem sleep after, usually if sleep 9hours rem sleep cycle would be 3-4 times.
 
Sleeping all day = instant inceldom

You have to go to sleep at a better time bhai. Use a calculator
 
Probably just low-end consumer model brain that only needs 6 hours to recharge.

Nowaday my iq is around 135iq suffering from too many neurological conditions due to autoimmune diseases..

it was enforced in my school.

My school was blackpilled they seperate students based on IQ, looks, socioeconomic class.

I remember reading it’s to do with which sleep stage you’re in when you wake up
Being woken up from light sleep = no problem
Being woken up from deep sleep = feels like shit
There is an alarm app that’s meant to predict which phase you’re in based on audio from your body movements while asleep, and ring the alarm only when it thinks you’re in light sleep
Idk if it’s legit tho

waking up from REM sleep is the worse, you get sleep inertia, emotional fatigue from remembering the dreams.
