So the way i understand this is you can basically eat an entire pizza and still not bloat your face?

High sodium actually chisels your face. The problem is when you drink fluids on top of it. That's when the water retention occurs and makes you look like shit.

I do incline treadmill walks. I binge ate 3k calories last night so imma go hard today

Cardio and eat well is all you need
Reminder you cannot be de bloated and not lean
 
So the way i understand this is you can basically eat an entire pizza and still not bloat your face?
If you absolutely hammer cardio, you will minimise the bloat probably.
 
Incline treadmill you can burn 750/hour at 10 percent and 3.7 speed
 
Are you low body fat percentage?
I'm probably around 9% now, veins on my ribs, but no on my lower abs anymore. Just seeing if low blood pressure is connected to less fat or something.

I also have found that if I have 7000mg of sodium my face is debloated and actually have energy throughout the day, weird. I'm likely going to up it though.

I've started putting the table salt in 000 gelatin capsules I got from amazon so I don't have to endure the bad taste.
