Spam swim/bike/run and a couple lifts per week. Totals out to like 15-20 hours. Burn a ridiculous amount of calories and I look absolutely shredded. Doesn't look like the shitty marathoners physiques either. Best way to leanmax, however only issue is that it is expensive and time consuming to learn 3 different disciplines. Also average people think you're some kind of super human once they hear how long the races are. Also get to eat 4k+ cals and still be lean.
