I've been pretty active, be it basketball, 10-21km runs, gym etc. Recently this year I felt uneasy after my basketball session. Had a sensation of irritation on the tip of my nipples and when I checked, it wasn't visibly red either but it was just uncomfortable.

Since then whenever I go for runs etc, I put on medical tape or bandages to avoid em getting rubbed against the outfit im wearing. Do i need to worry about this or is it normal? Cuz i never felt this ever in my life when i went on runs UNTIL now. No, i do not have gyno and i never took any ped which would affect my hormones.

just dry skin , I would assume, maybe a lack of T3 .

I think it's a normal thing called 'nipple chafing'.

Look into it.

Yeah it seems to be the exact thing i was trying to describe but i was just confused as to why it started happening at this stage and never happened to me before even during the most rigorous workout sessions in the past.

I recently had bloodwork done and i had no unusual findings. I also make sure to test for thyroid as many members of my family have it. As the other user mentioned, nipple chafing seems to be the case for me but i was just wondering why it started to hurt me very recently and didnt happen in the past when i had rigorous workout sessions.

It was in normal range, tho if i compare my past tests with the recent one, i see t4 fluctuating a bit but not at an alarming rate. it had once spiked above range back in 2023

nah if your post was a 'looksmaxing question', then you'd be able to mark as solution

this post was in the looksmaxing forum, not the 'looksmaxing question' forum.

so there is no option to click a checkmark lolz, you're good
