Is 0.05 Tret and a moisturizer and sunscreen a good routine?

I simply bought tret from a pharmacist. Is it enoguh to by itself because when I look online people used like 50 other weird creams

I have n't used anything apart from tret and cleanser and azelaic for 6 months. You'll see how my skin looks day after tom

Yes, use Urea moisturizer though.

Tret worked very well until one day my skin was flaky and dry to the point it was painful so I stopped it never took it since august last year. Want to restart though

Reviving this dead thread so I can ask how big the results have been now?

I used it for around three weeks in which results were very good had glowing almost clear skin but stopped cause of the reasons above. Gonna try and hop on it again soon
