My dad said he fully balded by 25 and when he saw me with nw2 at 22 he said omg son you're blessed with your mom's genetics, doesn't know that I use dut:forcedsmile:

For most people yes
But why I don't get itching on 2.5mg, is my hair genetics cooked or my test somehow converting to dht more often

Yes! It does most of it. 0.5mg to 2.5mg is a small difference in actual suppression. You can add RU to the mix if necessary. Plenty people report that RU is the main catalyst of preventing hair loss.

If that doesnt work youd need to

You mean the red circles?

Progesterone combined with SRD5A1 (5α-reductase type 1) -> Allopregnanolone (important for the brain)

I think nothing about it

You should not worry about it, there is no valued scientific proof that dutasteride has brain related side effects + people argue if dutasteride cross the blood brain barrier, if it don”t then this chemical process will not be disturbed, so nothing to worry about

It's not only sdr5a1, it's also sdr5a2 through liver and prostate, the prostate produces it's own sdr5a2 in supraphysiological levels compared to other tissues, Also androsterone can directly convert into dht through 3a-diol

woaaah, i did not know that , Yes this happens in castration resistant prostate cancers right

This don”t happen in the dermal papilla cell (hair follicle cell) , you should not worry about it

What matter is what happening inside the cell, not outside. There is no correlation between serum dht and the severity of balding

Would stimulating dht sensitive tissues with minoxidil cause scalp hairloss as a consequence?

Hmmhmm, what do you mean with that exactly?

Only the hair follicle cells are sensitive to dht

The hair follicles such as beard are under sdr5a1 and sdr5a2 control and I have this thought about connecring beard follicles with minoxidil

Would making a minox cream be effective? I will miz some minox with tret 0.1% and microneedle once a week using derma roller 0.5mm cause I want maximum absorption

Yes, but there is a group of people that don”t respond to topical minoxidil, this group will only respond to oral minoxidil, and there is also a group of people that don”t respond to oral minoxidil, this group will response …. vice versa

So depending on which group you are, will determine the results you get

I've drank topical minoxidil before, I responded very fast to it, one day I took it and the next day baby hairs growing and eyebrows getting denser and looking fuller, but also insane bloating, I also didn't respond to topical I coped with it for 6 months but no growth, I think i will try coping with cream and see after a month

Combine the cream with tret and microneedling

maaaybe, lower the doses if you decide to do that again

One spray of minoxidil already contains 5 mg of minoxidil!! (2.5 mg - 5mg, is the recommended doses of minoxidil)

Although i don”t recommend to consume topical minoxidil, oral is safer

I don't have access to oral minoxidil where I live it's not available, otherwise I would have bought the pill and took like multi vitamin or ibuprofen without caring of missing a applying it routinely
