Trying potassium for debloating and im worried about getting heart arrhythmias and shit if I take too much

Spread it out, I remember taking that much at once more than once and it caused me to puke everytime
 
Why would it be too much
That’s only approx. 750 mg potassium
 
yea listen to the other guy and spread it out, i took too much and had diarrhea, i mean yea i looked debloated but still
