Is 1.9-2 inch shoe lift noticeable or is everyone sporting 2 inches?

Let me clarify I’m talking about the whole shoe and the lift being 2 inches giving me 2 inches of height

actually more like 1.7 inches but I round it off to 2

There are already regular shoes, boots and sneakers who give 2" of height, but they tend to be pretty expensive(and some of them also ugly) - check stuff from Timberland, Doc Martens, Balenciaga, etc.

I'd say you can pull it off with the right shoes but tbh over 1 inch is slightly risky. Instead get shoes that already give you 1.5 - 2 inches and then add a 1 inch insole.

It’s really tricky. IMO any lifts above 0.5” in a non-high top shoe is not worth it.

I can fit 0.4” subtly into a lower top air max

0.7” into a higher top air max

1.1” into very high top boots

i noticed this nigga staring at my feet for like 30 seconds and it got me fucked up though… boots+1.1” lifts
That's interesting, I've pulled off 1 inch in my vans and no one has pointed it out except for my mother saying that I'm taller.

I would not wear a lift larger than the heel height of the shoe.

It's ok if you are already tall.

If you are 6'2'' and wear combat boots with 1 inch insoles and get to be 6'4'' or 6'5'' nobody will really accuse you of being a manlet overcompensating. You can even say "Fuck yes I wear high heeled boots, being giga tall is awesome!" But then when you take them off you are still above average.

its all in the ankle height, the reason lifts suck is cuz they will make your ankles bulge out the shoe making u look like an obv tryhard wearing lifts jfl

who the hell does that? i think every post in this thread is wrong. i took a shoes that are a size more and lift that are 2.5cm and i wear dialy no problems.
im going to the shop toomorow and i wanna look buy a 5cm lift and afterwards i will go to the shoes store to look for a shoe that fit it perfectly.
