Is 1 meal a day the best for leanmaxx and health

I go to the gym 6 days a week and i only eat 1 meal and thats after gym is this bad for health

OP nothing wrong with one meal as long as you get all your dietary fats in for hormones and get enough protein in.

Test has 0 correlation to meal frequency

Its easier for me to stick to calorie deficit with 1 meal but i cant hit my protein that way

If one meal a day is what works for you then go ahead with it
 
2 meals a day both high protein. 1 of those meals high carbs the other one low

Depends , if you have all important macro nutrients in one meal then yes . If not then then try to get ateleast your fats and protein in it .
 
they're amazing imo. if you don't have a big sweet tooth they wont magically help you lose weight. but in general they can be very helpful
well they are mainly beneficial for stopping those cravings so you don’t end up binging on a tone of high cal goyslop if your prone to that.

i think only beneficial temporary for leanmax since i dont think its best for guy, or insulin or soemthing

if it works its fine, i have a problem with binging and i try not to eat too many times in a day cuz i literally edge myself like that and it gives me cravings to binge

Or You can ignore the sites and just search in tiktok the body you want to achieve and type in height and ask them for thier daily intake of calories
 
If you only feel like eating one meal sure, but i doubt that's the case unless your meal is a pound of top quality raw liver and fat

yeah exactly its to avoid consuming other, calorie-dense stuff.

it has not been found to have any long-term detrimental effects. on cancer, insulin, obesity or anything else. it's totally safe. the only thing would be that they're acidic so perhaps could be an issue to people with weak teeth. but many things are
