I been thinking of getting like 10 maybe 13 surgeries I’m a sub 5 and everything is holding me back only good thing is my eyes but they lack under eye support because I have recessed infras I got so many flaws thin lips,fat ass nose,narrow jaw
here is a list of surgeries I’m gonna get
1. Trimax
2. Septo + rhino
3. Infra implants + fat grafting
4. Ptosis repair because it’s causing eye asymmetry
5. Chin implant
6. Lip implant or fat grafting I don’t know which is better
7.limb lengthening I’ll get 3 or 4 inches making me 5’11 or 6ft
After that I’m hoping on gear

It's possible to widen with genio but you will need to explore wether it's better solution than implant and also if actually needed.

As for limb lenghtening you do whatever.
