Is 10k Vitamin D3 a day bad?

I’m taking 10k vitamin d3 daily without any other supplements, but I eat a lot of eggs daily. Is it bad? What else should I add to my stack? Is taking d3 without k2 bad?

10k is probably like the minimum, make sure you get the k2 in mk4 form

There's a chance you won't find mk4 in local stores, not sure where you can best get it from.
