Yes, if you're over 5'1"-5'4" then that's skinny af, why you so small? Weight isn't just fat or muscle, it's also water, organs, brain, etc.

Zoomer? Most youngcels these days have alien type bodies, slender and long but no breadth, no width and just like a dampy string bean.

That or they have too much water, they don't have enough dryness or they lack secondary sex characteristics, bones, organ size, etc.

You gotta be more dry and filled out than wet and filled out, the "wet" muscle look isn't ideal you gotta be more "dry" looking than wet.

Depends entirely on your fitness level, if you're skinnyfat and that weight definitely is.

I weighed that much when I was 14 and 164cm and I was considered a very skinny kid. Although that’s not saying much considering everyone in the west is an obese slob. You gotta get your weight up tho.

Im 5ft6. :fuk:. I eat mainly only meat so I dont have much water weight if I eat carbs I usually can jump straight up to 123lb-56kg.

I’m 188cm and 85kg and I get called too skinny consistently. Guess I’ll take couple grams of roids per week in 2023, it’s really too late for being sensible

If I’m skinny you are just bones in foid eyes

Yh being mogged to oblivion by tall guys is suicide fuel and absolutely crushes your confidence and hope. Happens every time i go outside. It's not completely over though, yo ucan easily get to 5'8 with good shoes that don't stand out and since you arleady have a good frame, you just need to put on some more weight so you look like a man and not a boy.

I think I might start doing PPL or something but I've never really been consistent. I think for my bodyweight my lifts are not too shit for someone that doesnt lift. Do you think I should eat in a calorie surplus?

I think Im going to start eating like 1750 calories which is my maintenance altho Idk if for gym its better to eat alot above.

Yeah that's fairly thin, what I've noticed is that guys with poor bonemass get called skinny a lot , they aren't actually light but their bone structure makes them look that way.

I runned a lot yes, eat at least 1 gram per lb, and 200 calories surplus

you guys have no clue of skinny, I got measured 4,5% bodyfat and no one wants to fucking believe me on this forum. 173cm that’s 5‘8 and 54 kg, data is outdated now

Yeah obesity is disgusting tbh. I see so many fat people at work I think maybe 1 in 5 people are fat at least in the UK. (Probably less I just live in that type of area.)

Alright thx, I already eat a decent amount of protein like 150g so I guess I will up my calories to maybe 1700kcal for a week or two then maybe bump it up to 1900kcal when doing the weight training. Altho I might just keep eating at maintance or maybe a tiny tiny surplus as I dont really want to gain too much bf as Im only about 12% atm and Kinda want to get down to maybe 10% by the end of the January.

That's the kind of starvation it takes to get truly hollow cheeks and sharp jawlines for male models with a ton of bone mass in their faces.
A member of the general population would probably need to go to 62 or lower

Also, the average guy isn't even close to 190cm (6'3), he is about 178cm in the west or 5'8.
And their average weight is 90kg+ with little to no muscle mass. They are lightyears behind models in aesthetics just for that reason and the average guys face looks pudgy even if he does some kind of athletics.

Ik most models dont really workout but I suppose they have height on their side so they can still eat quite a bit. If I put on muscle I guess I could eat more without putting on fat as my maintance would be higher.

Yes, you should work out even while cutting because IMO a lean ripped look at body fat is aesthetically superior to the "Saint Laurent Paris" (SLP) look of a very slender man with very little fat and muscle mass.

(If you don't work out during a cut with resistance training, you will definitely lose muscle mass - if you are new to lifting, you will likely even *gain* mass while in a deficit if you lift hard, due to 'noob gains')

It's an opinion of course, not law, but I have definitely seen women respond better to good faces if it's also accompanied with an athletic body than if it's just a twig.

As for looking bloated at low body fat, it can just be fat distribution genetics as well. There are people with 5% body fat competing at the IFBB level who still have puffy cheeks. Genetic lottery loss, nothing much to be done about it except invasive surgery.
