Is 120mg accutane too much for a 75-80kg person?

Tbf I’m dumbass I’ve done 300k iu vitamin A before this lol. Switched to accutane and I’ve also done adderall could be worse than 120 ig

Well I turned 18 recently whether u consider that a kid or not. I’ll get bloodwork done soon hopefully within a week or two then. I’m gonna consider cycling between 80-120 between then till cumulative dosage is reached which should mimic 100 fairly accurately 1.2/1.3mg per kg is high but I think it should be fine

Fair enough lol. Local blood tests are over £100 private ofc I wouldn’t get accepted for a free blood test. Converted to usd that’s like $130. Cost more than the accutane lol

I had sides at 40mg I didn't see the point in raising to 60 when the ongoing dose was still alleviating the acne

Yeah based on the responses I’m getting 80mg might be the more responsible option
