Your in the 98th percentile which is considered moderately gifted (130-144) so your really lucky. You don't need genius level intellect to live a fulfilling life. A smaller difference in IQ points means more effective communication as the most ideal social interactions happen within a 20-30 point range. Anything higher and communication will break up. Meaning you can only communicate properly with 104 to 164 IQ persons which is less than 50% of the population. That is probably why your prone to thinking most people are stupid.
