OVER the surgeon said moving my mandible 13mm is already alot yet I still have sleep apnea 3 months after operation. Although I don’t look like birdcel anymore so that’s the perk.

You likely needed CCW with a maxillary downgraft to compensatz short face. Would love to see pictures of befroe/after and surigcal planning. best of luck.
