145 with muscle on 5'11 is fine. The truth is that most niggas will never be able to diet down to that level, and if they did - they'd never be able to do it whilst retaining muscle. But if you have muscle at 145- you will still look jacked

Truth is most niggas can never achieve that. There are some transformations of some UFC fighters at 5'11 goin to 145 bein absolutely jacked. But even for them they know its unrealistic since they dieted down 30-40 pounds.
