Been looking into the effects of testosterone with puberty and shit but you stop growing at like 18 so i got 3 more years left to do shit to make myself grow, is it too late?

The only time that is too late was yesterday. You're at an ideal age to make drastic changes for the better. Finding something like this forum at such a young age is tremendous advantage. Just take the information at hand into your heart and apply it to yourself. Very few people get this kind of opportunity or start caring about things like this at this age. I'm not even talking about what you're asking, but just in general.
