Imo it's not tall. Depends where in europe tho. If it is like southern europe (Italy, spain, greece) then yea you could say it's tall but in northern Europe for example that would be average.

I'm 180cm in Baguette country and feel average.

Average. You need 195cm+ to be tall. This includes lifts but not shoes.
