is 1mg reta a week enough?

never used it before tbh nor any other glp1 but i’ve heard the first 4-6 weeks u have a “honeymoon” phase where the hunger is extremely supressed

that would work well with my plan of eating max 1000cals a day on reta

however i’m not sure if 1mg a week would be enough over a 10 week period to suppress my hunger

sadly i’m a wagie and a 10mg vial is all i can afford

reta defo works, i’m just unsure on dosages apparently 1-2mg is enough to starch appetite unless you are like 110kg+ then u might need more (maybe like 3-4mg idk)

the 1000cal meta + reta is legit tho, i’ve seen this coach on tiktok that does it for his clients and they lose like 40lbs in 10weeks (with minimal steps/activity and 2x full body workouts)

well on indiamart they sell like 3 vials of reta (12mg) for like 90gbp which isn’t bad for 36mg of reta

but u also have higher risk of getting scammed by a curry

i found this website called nupex and they sell 10mg of reta for about 90gbp which is expensive but my friend has purchased from them and says they are legit
