20mg might help a bit but probably won’t fully control oil or acne at that dose with that much androgen load.
30-40mg daily tends to be the sweet spot.
start at 20mg to gauge tolerance and bump up if needed after 2-3 weeks.
just make sure you’re running proper liver support (tudca/nac) and keeping lipids in check
