How detrimental is it to drink occasionally on 60 mg accutane? Alternatives?

If on 60 mg of accutane for 6 months, would having 6-8 drinks in a night 1-5 times during the entirety of the course really have an impact on my health? If so, does a smarter alternative exist? I'm high inhib so I probably wouldn't be willing to buy shit like pregab off of some random website out of fear of it being laced

if you drink pin a shit ton of glut up ur ass also manage more oxidative stress with something like asxatanthin
