my calories burnt when sedentary is 1952 (according to that calculator shit)

at the bare minimum i do:
i do 20k steps per day

usually i also gym 4-5times a week, weightlifting

i also play tennis roughly an hour (been doing an hour a day the past week), but don’t take into consideration since not consistent with it.




also:
the 2k if from high quality sources only, beef, eggs, meats etc etc

Hmmm, are you busy, and i really mean busy. If you quit org or make it soooo much shorter on here do you believe you can make 50 euros extra monthly?
tbf 85£ is per week for food from loan allowance. i do get £50 per month from parents
 
does rope jumping increase your appetite (don’t want that)
most cardiovascular activitys increases your appetite, jumping rope is really stressful.
Iam always giga hungry after cardio

Oh yeah btw since youre a gym noob you might think fuck it ill skip it. But please please please do proper shit like training your rotator cuff, wrists etc. It will Not pay off aesthetically but you will never find yourself injured which is a huge nerf

i’m saying that 1800 + 15k they became anorexic looking, which wouldn’t happen from small deficit of 200-300 cals
Thats because its 1800 kcals, youll always look like a fucking skeleton if you only eat 1800 kcals and cardio for a prolonged period of time

Depends on what u wanna do, if u want to bulk, u ofcourse need way more. If u want to die, eat less

1200-1600 is the best go high on the protein, moderate on fat and little carbs. Still have carbs to fuel your body to make you lose weight but no more than 80 grams a day
