I'm from Russia and 205cm.

Is this too tall to bodybuild? I'm too skinny for my height and want to know the best way to maximize gains

Keep it simple don’t over complicate things.

Eat 4000 calories a day.
200g of protein.
Get 8+ hours sleep
Train until failure

it's gonna take a bit longer to look big but it is what it is

I'm from Russia and 205cm will be pretty unconfortable height. Still you are giga mogger, Towering over 99% of peoples.
