is 20mg accutane the sweet spot for mild pimples and imperfections?

title - 6ft 68kg, mostly body acne and few pimples on face and neck with occasional mild breakouts.

should i take 20mg for 14 months or up the dosage to 30mg to speed up the results?

why not 20mg for 14 months tho? 5mg will take ages... no side effects apart from mild lip dryness which is fine.

fair enough, i am perfectionist and i hate how tretinoin showed some results but not the glass skin i wanted, do you think i can run 5mg ed for life? or just tret/taz when i finish cumulative dose?

id still recommend accutane after, just because itll be pretty much a 0% chance of new pimples
