When you hear the reported "side effects" of a product, you're literally just hearing the things it would put the company in legal jeopardy to not report. It's not a side effect to lose sperm quantity, prostate function, erection quality, etc., these are direct effects of blocking dht. When you block 70% of the dht your body is naturally producing, it is literally impossible to avoid the downstream effects. To the degree you block dht, you will lose function.
