so my program is super simple its just 4 compound lifts with a smart progression system that ensures i drop weight or increase weight when needed

is this enough? i dont even feel that sore the day after.

when you feel like you mastered every compound lift or you feel like you have more energy move over to 6 day per week

isn't 6 days too much? seems like little time for recovery but i dont know much just seen most recommend 3-5 days/week

I train 3 times a week but my revovery genetics is trash tbh. I need 4-5 days for my chest to recover after 5 sets lol. Try full body 3 times a week ngl.

when can i roid
Not worth it if ure not training for few years natty. Master ur training, diet, sleep and recovery, get most of ur natty gains, then do bloodwork, make sure that u are healthy and then try small dose of roids

This is shit, do the PPL and hit the gym 6 times a week, natties need more frequency. Or just be slow growing.

im planning on doing this to get my strength high on all lifts then i can do PPL

because it sounds stupid to me to do PPL while im still weak on every lift

Just do the PPL, it has the big lifts and you do them twice a week.

You need to be fucked up the day after, else you are doing it wrong.

my strength is going up so i dont think that matters as long as im progressively overloading each workout

I don't post pictures of myself, but im doing the PPL and you should too. Natties need more freq if they want to grow faster, look it up brainlet.

nah working at 80% is better for growth efficiency

If you are working at 80% you are sore the day after wtf u talking about. If you are not sore as a beginner you are just not doing it right. You have to be sore the whole first year. You have to be sore enough that you are just a bit sore (or no sore) when it's time to hit that muscle group again.

The difference between guys getting big and guys never getting big is usually just the second ones not training hard enough and eating enough of course. Then genetics then everything else.

im slightly sore but not SUPER sore liike after i do soccer training and my legs are fully fatigued

You will see beginner gains no matter what. Just make sure to get enough protein, carbs and healthy fats.Try to lower your cortisol levels by avoiding stressful situations when you can and get enough sleep. Don't overcomplicate the training routine for now, it doesn't build muscle just breaks it down. Muscle groups not used to serious weightlifting are relatively easy to break down.

If you want fastest gains, train 6 days a week and train so hard that you are sore till the next time you have to hit that muscle group. You can do this by adding exercises or sets or reps (besides weight that you should be progressively overloading anyways), i suggest you do it with more exercises so you get to find the ones that work your muscles the best, and of course 1gram+ of protein per lbs of bodyweight.

1. Soreness is not a good indicator at all
You're spitting broscience now.
2. 6 days a week Loool. Nice way to overtrain. Talk about fried CNS

Is the best short term indicator, with slowing progression, fatigue and all the rest being much more mid-long term indicators , maybe you should stick your head out of your ass and stop reading papers on how to tie your shoes.
6 days a week is the best program for natties, even for total noobs, it is what it is, go find someone who says the opposite and not for reasons like "just going to the gym 3 days a week and doing whatever is good enough for a noob". We are talking about fastest gains possible for a noob, that is a PPl full of compounds.
