is 30mg accutane too much for summer?

i don't plan on tanning or going to the beach during the peak UV hours, only at night and short walks during the day with spf 50, I am 68kg 182cm

ye that's what i thought but i hate being in the sun while one accutane, it makes me feel paranoid
